Russia intends to build its own future on the basis of these principles: an open economy, transparency of state regulation, and fair social policy should underpin an improvement in people’s prosperity and an increase in the country’s competitiveness. One of the most important tools of such a policy should be the digitalization of all aspects of business, state administration, and social interaction.
