Roscongress Foundation and Expert RA diagnosed the economy in Russian regions

Tourism not only plays a vital role in the economic growth, but also significantly affects its image as a whole, influencing, among other things, the investment attractiveness. Today there are favorable conditions for the development of tourism in Russia. This is due to increased financial accessibility of travel, development of infrastructure and new directions for both traditional tourism and ecotourism. The attractiveness of many cities and territories is growing due to the preparation and holding of major international events: Sochi Olympics, Youth Festival, 2018 FIFA World Cup.

In this analytical review InfraONE studies the current state of the Russian construction market as well as its key segments and players and gives a forecast of the industry’s prospects for the next few years.

Event Passport of the Region is a new product of the Russian Convention Bureau. The project is aimed at attracting international events in key industries to Russian regions based on each region’s distinctive features. As an example, the first Event Passport of the Region — that of Kamchatka — was presented at EEF 2019.

The third edition of the National Report highlights regions with favorable conditions where resources are concentrated for high technologies development, as well as regions that have already succeeded in non-resource sector developing. The global goal of the Report is to identify potential points of non-resource growth of the Russian economy.
